Make sure you follow these directions. 1) Call 1-888-65-GCast (42278) 2) Enter the following "phone number" when prompted (note there's no "e" in Babel): "Tech, No Babl" (832-466-2225) 3) Enter the following "pin": "T, No B" (8662) 4) Listen to your message and finish with the pound key (#). That's it. I get the message and you make an appearance on "Tech, No Babel". Paul
